Dr. Richard DeLano was awarded a D.D.S. from the University of Michigan Dental School and earned an M.S. in Oral Biology from The Ohio State University. He trained in oral pathology at OSU and reserached the effects of stress on the immune system. He is a member of IAOMT, an orginization promoting mercury-free, mercury-safe dentistry. He has worked for a Michigan Health Department and an Ohio Youth Prison treating underprivileged children. Dr. DeLano developed a respect for the profession as a child when he had to visit his dentist frequently. He and his wife, Patti, have 2 sons. Rich enjoys bowling, golf, reading and he excercises daily. He is active in church-related events and committees.
